Who we are
AssetKapture FM (ABN 92 352 745 491) is an Australian sole-trader business providing a cloud-based field asset register platform for facilities management. This policy covers this website, assetkapturefm.com.au.
The AssetKapture FM application (at app.assetkapturefm.com.au) handles client asset data under separate arrangements set out in each client's licence agreement. Client asset data in the application is hosted in Sydney, Australia.
What we collect on this website
The only personal information we actively collect here is what you choose to submit through the demo booking form:
- Your name, organisation, work email and (optionally) phone number
- Your sector, approximate number of sites, and any message you include
Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first, and we never sell or trade your details.
Where it's stored
Demo form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify (a US-based company), and a copy is delivered to our business mailbox (Microsoft 365). Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which processes standard request data when pages load.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and periodically delete submissions that are no longer required.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email scott@assetkapturefm.com.au and we'll action it promptly.
If you have a privacy concern we haven't resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
If we change how this website handles personal information, we'll update this page and its version date.
